My name is Cara McCoy, and I am vice-president of the Online Journalism Student Society. Next quarter, my student organization is planning to launch an online publication to comment on different aspects of student life. We were intending to start a section on the site for book classifieds, but it has been brought to our attention that Student Senate has just launched a similar initiative. We were wondering if you would be interested in having us list your site on ours, and possibly vice-versa (although obviously not until we are launched, which will be April 4).

My name is Katie Schmitt and I am president of the Online Journalism Student Society. My organization wanted to put an announcement on the tables at the dining halls across campus but I don't know who I need to talk to get them approved.
Also, how far in advance do I need to turn in the flyers? I would like them to be put on the tables on April 4th.
